i listened to this song every bus ride home when we had a good day because you made me feel as alive as that song did. whenever i looked out the window with this song going through my mind, i could see your eyes so clearly even though i had just said goodbye to you five minutes before. honestly, i still do. i didn't think i'd be able to listen to it without feeling weird or sad or thinking that it would feel wrong, but it's not. i've realised that i'm ready for new things.
